As i was thinking about mental health awareness week and the subject of kindness this morning it popped into my head.
So today i have had kindness in mind when it comes to my daily activities. I know what my good and bad coping mechanisms are and i know what traps i fall into and i know what my tools are when it comes to try and help myself.
With all of that knowledge and consciousness, i still gets wrong often, there's always room for improvement!
So instead of thinking about what i did wrong i have looked for where i got it right.
