We will send your computer generated weekly summary e-mails containing details of your journal entries. We will maintain your privacy by only sending you these email via our 3rd party email delivery service.

Whilst we keep your journal entries private to you, we do use some of your non-journal related information as follows:

We will send you an electronically generated weekly summary of your journal entries. These emails are only sent after you the user has confirmed that you control the email address. All emails are only sent to the customer and logged into the database for later review. Emails are sent through our 3rd party supplier SendGrid.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information excluding the content of journal entries. We keep your personal information for as long as you hold a journaling account.

Our store is hosted on TsoHost using Craft commerce an e-commerce platform which enables us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored within TsoHost's shared database platform. Payment details are are not stored or handled by us, the customer is redirected to Paypal to complete purchase where confirmation is send back to us to action accordingly.

Emails are sent out through our 3rd party provider SendGrid.

If you sign up for marketing emails your details are stored on Mailchimp where you are asked to double opt in.

How we protect your data has a regimented approach to privacy and information security. We have developed internal measures to ensure personal information is processed on an "as needed basis".
